Job summary

PT Passion Abadi Korpora is expanding its Diamond & Co – Surabaya Store and seeking a Store Manager who can lead a high‑performing team in a luxury retail setting. You will drive sales, ensure premium customer service, and manage store operations, visual merchandising, inventory, and costs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in store leadership, a proven ability to meet targets, strong communication, and energy to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (retail preferred).
• Strong ability to drive sales and work under targets.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and energetic.
• Comfortable analyzing sales reports and KPIs.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
