Job summary

PT TELLING TRADE INDONESIA is launching a 12‑month on‑the‑job rotational program to recruit future Store Managers and regional retail leaders for Xiaomi stores in Jakarta. Trainees will gain hands‑on exposure across frontline operations and store workflows while developing bilingual retail management skills.

Graduates with a Diploma or higher, local candidates, and a passion for 3C digital products are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above, graduates of 2025–2027.
• Local candidates only.
• Passionate about 3C digital products and offline retail.
• Fluent in Chinese and Indonesian; working English proficiency preferred.
• Positive mindset with goal orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational training across all store workflows and frontline operations.
• Understand 3C product sales, daily store management, inventory control and after‑sales basics.
• Break down retail KPIs, manage staff scheduling and assist local marketing.
• Attend training, conduct exercises in team management, data analysis and customer engagement.
• Under mentorship, participate in comprehensive store management to hit targets.

Job description

A targeted talent program to recruit and develop future Store Managers and regional retail back-up leaders for Xiaomi stores in Jakarta, cultivating bilingual professionals for 3C retail management. This is a 12-month on-the-job rotational training program. High-performing candidates may be promoted to Store Manager upon completion of the 12 months.

Key responsibilities

Complete rotational training across all store workflows, gaining hands‑on experience in frontline operations including 3C product sales, daily store management, inventory control and basic after‑sales services

Learn to break down retail KPIs, manage staff scheduling, execute local marketing campaigns, oversee inventory and handle customer complaints, mastering all modules of store operations

Attend training and conduct practical exercises covering team management, retail data analysis and customer engagement to build retail management competencies

Under the mentorship of the Store Manager, participate in comprehensive store management and support the achievement of store targets for sales, customer service and other business metrics

About you
