Toko Daging Nusantara is seeking a Store Admin Online to manage online sales transactions, maintain order data, and coordinate with the store and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires basic SMA/SMK education, experience in online orders or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will handle inquiries, update product listings, and compile daily reports. Weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent (preferably Administration, Accounting, or similar major)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Admin Online / E-commerce / Customer Service, preferably in retail or fresh products (meat, food, frozen food)
• Experienced managing orders from various online platforms (WhatsApp, Tokopedia, Shopee, GrabMart, GoMart, etc.)
• Proficient in computer use, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and sales administration applications
• Able to work quickly, carefully, and multitask
• Good communication skills and friendly in serving customers
• Willing to work with shift system and on weekends

Responsabilidades

• Assist with online promotion, upload/update products, prices, and photos on e-commerce platforms
• Ensure all online sales transactions and documentation are stored properly and organized
• Report daily/weekly sales results to supervisor or store manager

Toko Daging Nusantara is opening a career opportunity for a Store Admin Online position responsible for managing online sales transaction data, customer order administration, and ensuring smooth processes from ordering to product delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage online orders from various platforms (receive, record, process, and coordinate orders to store/warehouse team)

Ensure availability and accuracy of stock for products sold online

Input daily sales data into the system and create online store administration reports

Coordinate with operational team (butcher, store crew, store keeper) to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests responsively and professionally

Assist with online promotion, upload/update products, prices, and photos on e-commerce platforms

Ensure all online sales transactions and documentation are stored properly and organized

Report daily/weekly sales results to supervisor or store manager

About you
