Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Update and manage stock records for goods and equipment in the warehouse
• Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods and equipment from the warehouse
• Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing goods and equipment
• File and store documents such as delivery notes, stock reports, and related documentation
• Organize and conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and data records
• Coordinate loading and unloading operations and manage material flow

Key responsibilities

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Update and manage stock records for goods and equipment in the warehouse

Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods and equipment from the warehouse

Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing goods and equipment

File and store documents such as delivery notes, stock reports, and related documentation

Organize and conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and data records

Coordinate loading and unloading operations and manage material flow

About you

Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree qualification

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Minimum 3 years of work experience as Warehouse Staff in construction or large-scale building materials companies with familiarity in warehouse management systems

Responsible, disciplined, and honest

Good physical stamina

Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team

Willing to be placed in KIIC Industrial Area, Karawang

Resident of Karawang area and surrounding regions

Available to join immediately (not currently employed)
