Ajaib is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to set architectural standards and guide the mobile platform across stock trading, crypto, and banking verticals. You will architect high-performance, low-latency apps and mentor senior engineers, delivering scalable, secure mobile experiences for millions of users.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in software development; 5+ years in mobile architecture.
• Deep expertise in clean architecture, modularization, reactive programming, and state management at scale.
• Experience with secure local data storage and certificate pinning.
• Proficiency with asynchronous programming and real-time data streams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and scale high-performance mobile apps for trading and fintech.
• Drive the mobile engineering roadmap, architecture patterns, and core SDK libraries.
• Optimize rendering, memory usage, APK/IPA size, and battery/network efficiency under heavy loads.
• Design offline-first data synchronization and secure local storage.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and security teams to enforce end-to-end data safety and compliance.
• Mentor senior engineers, lead technical reviews, and promote craftsmanship.
