Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a principal developer.

• Solid knowledge of security principles and best practices in mobile development.
• Committed to continuous learning to stay updated with new frameworks and technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Passion for building user-centric, secure, and high-performing mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for our mobile applications, aligning them with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable architectures for Android and iOS apps via multiplatform technology like KMP/CMP.
• Champion adoption of standards and best practices within mobile engineering.
• Advocate for reusable components and libraries to optimize development efforts.
• Lead efforts to analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving security threats and implement robust security measures.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster growth and collaboration.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
