Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Chemistry or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a textile manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Microsoft Office training or certification is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional activities and identify new business opportunities to support business expansion and increase market coverage.
• Provide technical support, product consultation, and solutions based on customer requirements and technical issues.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor customer demand, sales performance, and forecast accuracy, including analyzing deviations and coordinating adjustments with related departments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements, technical issues, and business activities are handled effectively.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to customer activities, business opportunities, sales forecasts, and follow-up progress.
