Job summary

PT EXCEL RIM INDONESIA is seeking a Staff Eng - Maintenance to oversee repair and upkeep of building facilities, machinery, and production infrastructure. You will design tools and production facilities and conduct engineering qualification on new Rim models and related processes.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, preparing spare parts, supervising the maintenance team, inspecting facilities, and generating daily/monthly reports to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma 2 or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in engineering and maintenance.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Spare parts management experience.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical industrial machinery.
• Analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD 2D) and MS Office.
• Good health and ability to work under pressure.

Staff Eng - Maintenance manages all maintenance activities including repair and maintenance of building facilities, machinery, and production infrastructure to support smooth company operations. The role also involves designing tools and production facilities, and conducting engineering qualification on new model Rim and related production process items.

Key responsibilities

Ensure all maintenance activities run smoothly and according to applicable standards

Plan maintenance and repairs for building facilities, machinery, and production infrastructure

Plan and prepare spare parts and equipment needs for repair and maintenance processes

Create work schedules for team members according to their functions

Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and production machinery

Perform repair and maintenance activities according to established schedules

About you

Minimum education: Diploma 2 or equivalent

Minimum 3 years experience in engineering and maintenance

Good leadership qualities

Strong capability and understanding of spare parts management

Good capability and understanding of mechanical and electrical industrial machinery

Analytical capability and attention to detail for analyzing problems in engineering design, repair and maintenance

Able to operate Computer, Microsoft Office, CAD Software (minimum Autocad 2D)

Good physical and mental health
