Job summary

PT Hana Master Jaya is seeking an engineer with a background in mechatronics or related fields for its Padalarang, West Java site. You will work on PLC programming, automation systems, and CNC processes, collaborating with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read complex drawings and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems.
• Familiar with CNC machines, CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical control systems, sensors, motors, and automation equipment.
• Able to perform machine troubleshooting, preventive improvement, and process optimization.
• Familiar with electrical control panels, PLC-HMI systems, and industrial automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Able to work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be based in Padalarang, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and process optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Interpret and apply electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and R&D teams.
• Assist CNC operations, machine setup, and programming as needed.

Job description

Minimum D3/S1 in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
