Job summary

Staff Affiliate Specialist – EIF

Job opportunity for Staff Affiliate Specialist at EIF - Everyday I'm Fitness in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3/S1 preferred.
• Major in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing affiliate programs on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and Tokopedia Affiliate is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Understanding affiliate marketing systems and commission structures.
• Recruiting and onboarding new affiliates/creators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
• Ability to read and analyze affiliate performance data (GMV, Order, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and marketplace content trends.

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive in finding and developing potential affiliates.
• Results-oriented and able to work based on KPIs.
