Job summary

FIT HUB, a Jakarta-based health and wellness startup, seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end project management for FIT HUB Club establishments across Indonesia. You will oversee a large maintenance team covering MEP, design, and construction activities, ensuring projects meet timing, budget, and quality targets.

You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers while directing preliminary interior designs, timelines, and task assignments to keep multiple sites aligned and

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Project Management (Renovation) working with all kinds of contractors (MEP, HVAC, Signage, etc).
• Have experience with multiple project experiences in FnB, convenience stores, prop tech/coliving startups, gym, etc.
• Have considerable team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• Strong and proven leadership skills.
• Have good communication, effective negotiation, and strong networking and relationships at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control the flow of work for the technical, including estimated time, supplies, and personnel to ensure that the projects are completed according to the established plan
• Prepare and control the project budget, construction schedule, project reporting, progress assessment, and project execution plan to ensure the budgets meet the operational needs and requirements
• Plan the whole project management, including preliminary club interior designs, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assign duties and responsibilities to the team members to ensure the project aspects (timing, quality, finance) are well managed.
• Build, Maintain relationships and review the external resources: consultants, contractors, suppliers, applicators, vendors, agents, etc.
• Managing repair and installation activities, including making prioritization of some critical maintenance projects case by case.
• Controlling & evaluating all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of buildings are functional.
• Prepare presentations, reports, plans and analyses to drive decisions.

The Opportunity

The project and maintenance Senior Manager position will be responsible for end-to-end project management, starting from preliminary design to construction finalization. The manager will also lead a big maintenance team that focuses on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) maintenance, but not limited to other construction matters, for all FIT HUB Club establishments in Indonesia.

Requirements

What We Need

• Have good integrity in leading all ongoing projects and apply good corporate governance to all parties related to the project.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Project Management (Renovation) working with all kinds of contractors (MEP, HVAC, Signage, etc).
