Job summary

The role focuses on regular audits, reporting, and implementing corrective actions to maintain excellent customer experiences and facility quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, customer success, inspections, or a similar role within the fitness or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and articulate quality-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with club managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle a small team to conduct regular inspections and audits within FIT HUB facilities, equipment, and services to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Create, improve and maintain service quality standards for Customer Service and Housekeeping role to ensure best customer experience
• Collaborate with club managers and staff to address and resolve any quality-related issues identified during inspections.
• Generate reports summarizing inspection findings, highlighting areas of improvement, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures to guarantee continuous quality enhancement.

The Opportunity :

In this role, you will be part of the Operation Excellence and Customer Experience team. As a Member Experience Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards across all club facilities, services, and operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular assessments, inspections, and audits to maintain and improve the quality of services and facilities offered by FIT HUB.
