Job summary

PT Central Global is seeking an experienced project manager to lead end-to-end industrial fitout and factory retrofit projects in Batam. You will coordinate civil, HVAC, and MEP scopes across in-house teams and subcontractors, interfacing with multinational clients to align scope, schedule, and expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in construction project management, strong HVAC/MEP knowledge, and proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams, procurement, and regulatory permits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial fitout.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP design coordination, installation sequencing, and commissioning.
• Experience with general contractors managing multi-discipline civil + MEP + HVAC projects.
• Proven track record on industrial, factory, or large-scale commercial projects with references preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international client communication.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple subcontractors.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management and clients.

About you

Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Strong working knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems — design coordination, installation sequencing, and commissioning

Prior experience with a general contractor, managing multi-discipline projects (civil + MEP + HVAC)

Proven track record on industrial, factory, or large-scale commercial projects — references from past projects strongly preferred

Fluent in English (spoken and written) — role involves direct communication with international clients

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and moving parts simultaneously

Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is a plus

Based in or willing to relocate to Batam
