Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to craft end-to-end experiences for over 50 million users in Bali. You’ll collaborate with product, research, and content teams to translate user needs into clear design requirements and pixel-perfect interfaces.

You should have 4+ years of experience, strong craft in desk research, wireframes, prototyping, typography, color, and user flows, and the ability to justify decisions. Collaboration and feedback are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong design craft including desk research, design theory, wireframes, IA, layout, iconography and prototyping.
• Ability to listen to and act on feedback with peers.
• Proven collaboration across designers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with product/business teams to sharpen visions and requirements focused on user needs.
• Collaborate with researchers to plan studies and validate hypotheses.
• Partner with UX writers to ensure content quality and alignment with design system.
• Interpret data to inform design decisions.
• Translate product vision into end-to-end experiences.

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

• Work closely with the product and/or business team to sharpen product visions and requirements that focus on the user’s needs
• Collaborate with researchers to plan and conduct research in order to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
• Collaborate with UX writers to ensure the best quality of content and interface and are aligned with the design system
• Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented on the design decisions
• Translate product’s vision and requirements into meaningful end-to-end experiences
• Showcase design works to design stakeholders
• Create pixel-perfect design implementation

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

• Have 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Have a good design craft (Desk research, Design theory, Wireframe and IA, Layout and composition, Icon and Illustration, Prototyping, User-flow, typography, color, user research, etc) and actively applying their skill to solving creative challenge
• Communicates with peers effectively and in a timely manner.
• Good at listening to and following through on feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with other designer in the team
• Demonstrates good contribution on the team and have a good justification on their design decision
• Able to identify and communicate problems and process within the team
• Understands impact of their work on design team and goals.
