Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a Senior Officer, Account Payable & Treasury in Indonesia to join our Finance team. The role supports AP, disbursements, PO processing, compliance, vendor management, month-end reporting, and treasury activities for regional entities.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years in AP and Treasury, experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of AP and Treasury experience in a multi-country environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).

What we need:

Principal Purpose of the Position:

The Account Payable and Treasury Staff (Fluent English) will be an integral part of the company’s Finance Department in providing support to critical aspects of Account Payable, Disbursements, Purchase Order process, Compliance & Controls, Vendor & Stakeholder Management, Month-End Report, and Treasury activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Payable

• Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately and efficiently for multiple countries / entities.
• Verify invoice details (quantities, pricing, approvals, tax compliance) and resolve discrepancies
• Prepay and execute payment runs (EFT, wire transfers) in accordance with payment terms
• Reconcile vendor statements and address unpaid invoices or disputes.

Cash Flow Planning

• Develop, maintain, and refine short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments, and obligations.
• Collaborate with Collection, Procurement, and other Business Units to align cash requirements with operational and strategic plans.
• Provide insights on cash availability and funding needs to support capital planning, investment decisions, and financing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and lenders to plan loan drawdowns in line with project timelines, cash needs, and debt covenants, ensuring optimal cost of funds and compliance.

Employee Expense Disbursement

• Review and process employee expense reports (T&E) for compliance with company policies.
• Verify receipts, approvals, and verification on the GL coding
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and follow up on discrepancies
• Issues reimbursements via payroll and notification to employees on the payment.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional vendors regarding payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with procurement and business units to resolve PO/invoice mismatches.
• Assist with vendor onboarding (tax forms, banking details)

Compliance & controls

• Ensure compliance with local VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements
• Adhere to SOX/Company policy based on approval hierarchies.

Month-End & Report

• Reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Prepare accruals for outstanding invoices
• General regional AP aging reports to work with finance manager on cash flow management

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in AP and Treasury experience, preferably in a multi-country/regional environment. Familiarity with ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Proficiency in MS Excel, (VLOOK UP, Pivot table) Powerpoint and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and high level of business acumen
• English speaking, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills (vendors, cross-functional team) and interpersonal skills
