Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a Senior Officer, AP & Treasury to support the Finance Department in accounts payable, disbursements, PO processing, vendor management and treasury activities. The role covers multiple countries and requires fluent English, ERP proficiency, and strong cash flow planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years in AP and Treasury, preferably multi-country/regional experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) for multiple entities.
• Verify invoice details and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepay and execute payment runs (EFT, wires) per terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address unpaid invoices or disputes.
• Develop and refine cash flow forecasts; support capital planning.
