Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a Senior Officer, Account Payable & Treasury in Indonesia to join our Finance team. The role supports AP, disbursements, PO processing, compliance, vendor management, month-end reporting, and treasury activities for regional entities.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years in AP and Treasury, experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of AP and Treasury experience in a multi-country environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) for multiple entities.
• Manage cash flow planning and payments (EFT, wires).
• Handle employee expenses and vendor onboarding.
• Ensure VAT/withholding tax compliance and SOX adherence.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and financial reports.
