Traders Family is seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to lead the development of business-critical systems in our Jakarta office. You will build scalable web applications, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes strong backend and frontend capabilities, API integration, and adherence to best practices in security and architecture. A year-end bonus and company benefits are provided.

Formación

• 4+ years as a Fullstack Developer or similar senior role.
• Agentic AI for planning development is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, and Golang.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex web apps per business needs.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and take a leading role in the development of business-critical systems that support our growing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications according to business requirements.
• Build robust front-end and back-end functionalities to ensure seamless system performance, security, and scalability.
• Proactively identify potential technical issues, system bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities, providing solutions before they impact operations.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex, high-level technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior team members to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to development projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar senior engineering role.
• Experienced in developing Agentic AI for planning and development will be a plus
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, and Golang (preferred)
• Highly proficient in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex raw SQL queries.
• Deep familiarity with API integrations, web security protocols, and modern web application development best practices.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze root causes and design effective solutions.
• Capable of identifying potential technical issues early in the development cycle.
• Proven ability to manage development tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
