Job summary

Tempopress International is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our North Jakarta team. You will design and implement features spanning backend APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces, and you will contribute to an evolving codebase with CRUD, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

The role requires strong React/Next.js skills, backend experience with Go/Laravel/Node.js, and solid DB knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience especially in Tech Companies.
• Proficient in React or Next.js for frontend development
• Proficient in at least one backend technology, such as Go, Laravel, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks
• Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Clear understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and RBAC
• Comfortable and experienced in utilizing Git
• Ability to work effectively based on defined tasks, requirements, and deadlines
• Communicative and capable of adhering to established codebase standards

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Has prior experience develop or maintain ERP System
• Previous experience with Docker
• Experience deploying applications to a VPS or cloud servers
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, React Query, Zustand, or shadcn/ui
• Past experience developing approval systems, inventory management, purchasing modules, HRIS, or interactive dashboards
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or OpenRouter to optimize workflow efficiency

Placement: North Jakarta (Head Office)

Work System: Office-based working arrangement, Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30.
