Job summary

PT Meindo Elang Indah, a leading EPCI contractor in Indonesia, seeks an experienced finance professional to manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and project payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and reliability within a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will handle payroll calculations, petty cash for projects, and maintain precise invoice records. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in the same position.
• Experience handling PO and reviewing invoices.
• Experience in AR/AP and petty cash for projects.
• Accurate payments and familiarity with e-banking.
• Capable of payroll calculation.
• High speed with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy, committed and reliable.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Initiative, proactive and dynamic.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle petty cash for all projects.
• Manage the payment schedule of the company.
• Ensure invoice records are as accurate as possible.
• Perform company reconciliation.
• Make payments to vendors.
• Send invoices or invoices.
• Calculate salaries and reimbursements for employees.
• Ensure all types of payments are completed.
• Debit accounts payable and process returns on purchases if needed.
• Assist in compiling financial documents.
• Prepare documents required for audit needs.
• Produce consistent reports/databases using Microsoft software for monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle petty cash for all project.

Manage the payment schedule made by the company.

Ensure that invoice records are as accurate as possible.

Perform company reconciliation.

Make payments to vendors.

Send invoices or invoices.

Calculate salaries and reimbursements for employees.

Ensure that all types of payments that are the company's obligations are completed.

Debiting accounts payable, as well as making returns on purchases if the goods are not suitable or in damaged condition.

Assist in compiling various financial documents.

Prepare additional documents required for audit needs.

Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring
