Job summary

PT ICY FOOD INDONESIA (Distributor AICE) is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead General Trade outlets and drive orders, NOO, and merchandising in Medan. The role requires field work, a valid Class C license, and proven leadership in sales teams.

You will manage GT activities, coach staff, and push toward ambitious targets while maintaining excellent customer relations and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Supervisor/Leader.
• FMCG/distributor experience preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams.
• Familiar with sales targets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Class C driving license and personal vehicle.
• Willing to work in the field.
• Able to work with targets and pressure.
