Job summary

CV MEGA MULIA PERKASA in Batam and Tanjung Pinang is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop the sales team for our MMP & MMS distribution business. You will set targets, coach field staff, and ensure strong outlet coverage.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales supervision, GT/distributor know-how, and a driving license. You will collaborate with warehouse and admin to ensure timely orders and promote products at outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree; marketing/management background preferred.
• 2–3 years in Sales Supervisor or Team Leader role in FMCG/distribution.
• Strong GT/distributor sales knowledge.
• Willing to work in the field; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

• Analyze sales data, market conditions, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and motivate the team through field training.
• Coordinate with warehouse, admin, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts

Ensure product availability, proper pricing, display, and execution of promotional programs at outlets

Analyze sales data, market conditions, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth

Coach and motivate sales team through regular evaluation and field training

Coordinate with warehouse, admin, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service

About you

Minimum D3/S1, preferably Marketing, Management, Business, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales Supervisor / Sales Team Leader, preferably in FMCG, distribution, cosmetics, or consumer goods

Strong understanding of General Trade and distributor sales

Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Target-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and willing to work in the field

Good analytical and reporting skills, especially Microsoft Excel

Valid driving license

Based in or willing to work in Batam / Tanjung Pinang
