Job summary

PT Desa Wisata Indonesia is seeking a SPV MEP to oversee maintenance and operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across facilities. You will ensure reliable, safe utilities and adherence to standards.

You will supervise MEP technician teams, coordinate with vendors, manage spare parts, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Oversee maintenance and operational activities of MEP systems.
• Supervise electrical installations, panels, genset, pumps, plumbing, AC and other equipment.
• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage, direct and evaluate performance of MEP technician teams.
• Handle damage reports and technical disruptions quickly and effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and utilities across all areas.
• Coordinate with Wahana Manager regarding technical disruptions to operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet technical operational needs.
• Oversee use of spare parts, materials, tools and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specific technical work.
• Ensure all technical work complies with SOPs, safety standards and company regulations.
