Job summary

APP Group in Palembang region is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead modern trade sales operations, drive performance, and ensure targets are met. You will supervise sales activities, coach merchandisers, and coordinate with store teams to maximize visibility and impact.

We value a candidate with at least a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in FMCG sales supervision, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel within Palembang and surrounding areas to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of working experience in Sales Supervisor or related field.
• Experience in FMCG, Palembang and surroundings preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
