Job summary

AMANTARA by Agung Sedayu Group seeks a sponsorship specialist to identify and secure brand partnerships in a dynamic lifestyle and retail environment. You will develop sponsorship opportunities, pitch to clients, and coordinate with internal teams to execute programs and activations.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications and 2–4 years in Sponsorship or client-facing roles with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sponsorship, Account Executive, or a similar client-facing role.

Proven experience in client handling, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Commercially minded, proactive, and target-oriented.

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in the lifestyle, retail, property, event, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
