Job summary

Amantara (Subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to manage material requirements and coordinate campaigns and events in Jakarta. The role involves creating content for social media and digital channels, working with tenants on programs, and ensuring material placement across media.

You will support development of promotional content, manage data and documentation, and collaborate with teams to execute campaigns in a dynamic property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, social media and brand guidelines, and event execution.
• Experience in handling events, activations, or partnership campaigns is a plus.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in PIK Area, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage the requirements and availability of Marketing Communication materials.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including promotional content, campaign assets, and communication materials.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, activations, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding programs, promotions, and events.
• Monitor the placement and installation of promotional materials across internal media, digital platforms, outdoor media, and other supporting media.
• Manage Marketing Communication data, reporting, administrative activities, and documentation.
