• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMMUNICATION, BUSINESS, MARKETING, OR RELATED FIELD
• MIN. 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PARTNERSHIP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, OR CORPORATE RELATIONS
• EXPERIENCED IN HANDLING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES
• PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & ALLIANCE BUILDING
• FAMILIAR WITH SPONSORSHIP & COLLABORATION PROJECTS (EVENT, BRAND, MEDIA, ETC.)
• STRONG COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY INDUSTRY IS A PLUS
• TARGET-ORIENTED, PROACTIVE, AND ABLE TO LEAD INITIATIVES INDEPENDENTLY
