Job summary

PT ASIKMAKAN FOODS INDONESIA in Tangerang invites an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at PIK 2, Rukan Osaka. You will manage online store operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee and drive sales performance.

The role requires at least 2 years in ecommerce, familiarity with marketplaces, and ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and affiliate programs. On-site position with dynamic digital marketing focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Center platforms.
• Understanding of campaigns, ads, affiliate programs, live shopping, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online store operations across E-Commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces).
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Manage promotional programs, campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, and other marketing activities.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve business results.
• Manage and optimize product catalogs, including uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and store presentation.
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, customer service, and external partners for smooth operations.
• Develop affiliate programs, including sourcing and maintaining relationships with creators/influencers.
• Stay updated with E-Commerce trends and marketplace updates.

• Understanding of E-Commerce features such as campaigns, ads, affiliate programs, live shopping, and sales performance analytics.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies based on insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and target-driven.
• Up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends.
