Lautan Air Indonesia is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead daily chemical production operations at our Tangerang facility. You will drive output quality, optimize batching and material use, and ensure compliance with 5S, HSE, and ISO standards across all lines.

You will coordinate maintenance with the engineering team, monitor OEE and waste reduction, and produce management reports. Strong leadership and ERP/MSDS expertise are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years manufacturing experience, preferably in specialty chemicals or water treatment.
• 1–2 years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and MSDS/hazardous chemicals management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in specialty chemicals or water treatment


• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role


• Proficient in operating ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and handling MSDS/hazardous chemical management


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Willing to be based in Tangerang.
