Job summary

PermataBank in Indonesia is seeking an analytics professional to monitor and improve credit scorecard models, leveraging statistical methods and machine learning where appropriate.

You will collaborate with Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Business and Collections, handle bureau data, and translate insights into risk management decisions.

This role sits in the Risk Directorate and requires a quantitative background and strong communication.

Qualifications

Job Description :

• Monitor and oversee the performance and health of currently implemented credit scorecard models.
• Actively support related units such as Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Business, and Collections through data analysis to facilitate decision-making, both for credit scorecard-related matters and other statistical analyses.
• Manage the processing of bureau data (regulatory and private bureaus) for risk management analysis purposes.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1); a background in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is an advantage.
• Proficient in using data processing and analytics software such as SAS, R, and Python.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end model development process, including both traditional statistical models and machine learning-based models.
• Possesses strong quantitative analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical data analysis, including both descriptive and inferential techniques.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
