Job summary

About the role As a Specialist IT Security & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security and infrastructure of PT Mitra Solusi Telematika's IT systems. This full-time position is based in Cilandak, Jakarta and will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation's information and technology assets are protected.

What you'll be doing

Manage and secure the company's entire IT infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, and application systems across the head office and subsidiaries

Protect systems from cybersecurity threats such as hacking, malware, and other cyberattacks through the implementation and maintenance of optimal security tools

Ensure stable LAN network connectivity across all project sites and group network while minimizing infrastructure disruptions

Conduct continuous monitoring, regular audits, and unusual activity identification to detect potential security breaches and system inefficiencies

Execute network testing, firewall testing, security patch deployment, and new protocol implementation as required

Perform periodic infrastructure evaluations, collaborate with stakeholders to develop performance metrics, and produce regular system security status reports

Ensure optimal maintenance of all company technology assets and provide technical support for smooth business operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT security-focused role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

Strong technical expertise in network security, access management, and vulnerability management

In-depth knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and identity and access management

Experience in conducting security assessments, incident response, and developing and implementing security policies and controls

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
