Job summary

Pure Bliss Spa in Sanur, Bali, is seeking an experienced spa massage therapist to deliver signature treatments, including the Calm Destress Massage, and to create a warm, professional environment aligned with our commitment to guest wellbeing.

You will perform Balinese, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology massages, deliver body treatments, scrubs, and wraps, and customize therapies based on guest needs while maintaining a calm atmosphere from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa
• Proficiency in at least 3 massage modalities
• Conversational English is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina for extended periods
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform signature treatments including the Calm Destress Massage
• Execute Balinese, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology massages
• Deliver body treatments, scrubs, and wraps per spa protocols
• Customize treatments based on guest preferences and health considerations
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs and identify contraindications
• Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
• Check in with guests during treatment and adjust techniques as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, linens, and equipment
• Follow sanitation protocols between each guest
• Maintain appropriate draping and guest modesty at all times
• Maintain personal modesty at all times
