Qualifications

• Experience as a Spa Therapist preferred.
• Ability to perform massage, facial, and body treatments.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Professional, welcoming demeanor with guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapies
• Perform facials and skincare treatments
• Perform body treatments (scrubs, wraps, waxing, etc.)
• Provide beauty services such as manicures and pedicures (if qualified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment room in line with hygiene standards
• Ensure a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Handle appointments, client records, and follow spa protocols
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and spa staff
• Upsell services where appropriate
