Job summary

Mason Adventures Bali is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead our therapists and reception team in Bali. The role requires 2–3 years in spa, wellness, hospitality or beauty, with supervisory experience preferred, and strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and daily operations.

You will manage inventory control, POS and digital booking systems, deliver excellent service, and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude while working shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or beauty industry.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and daily spa operations.

Job description

Having minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or beauty industry, preferably with supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of spa treatment, spa products, and daily spa operations.

Good understanding of inventory control, cashier/POS systems, and digital booking systems.

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Able to lead, motivate, and develop therapists and reception team.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
