Job summary

Synergy Pro is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the operations of a new luxury spa in Canggu, Bali.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in spa management within luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of P&L, revenue and cost control. You will oversee spa operations, inventory, and sales initiatives, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; new-spa opening experience is a plus.
