Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years in technical support or solution engineering; EV industry preferred.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support and issue resolution.
• Experience with release management and post-deployment support.
• Strong IT infra, system architecture, and app management knowledge.
• Familiar with APIs, web services, middleware, IoT, and firmware.
• Knowledge of SDLC and UAT processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level application support and guidance.

In this full-time position based in Cisauk Banten, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology to power the company's innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Application Support: Provide 2nd or 3rd level support, addressing complex issues and offering technical guidance to internal teams and partners.
• Problem Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems or coordinate with engineering teams for complex issues.
• System and Process Monitoring: Monitor systems and processes, using tools to identify and address issues proactively.
• Issue Ownership and Resolution: Take responsibility for technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation when necessary.
• Partner Integration: Manage system integrations with external partners, overseeing setup, configuration, testing, and reliability.
• Application Release Management: Lead UAT testing and deployments, ensuring post-release solution performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and support tickets.
• Training and Workshops: Conduct end-user training and workshops to enhance solution adoption.
• Feedback and Product Improvement: Collect feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve solutions.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in technical support or solution engineering roles, preferred from EV industry, EV infrastructure, or battery swap (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Proven experience in 2nd or 3rd level application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Experience with application release management, and post-deployment support.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and application management
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and using diagnostic tools.
• Familiar with APIs, web services, middleware, IoT systems, and firmware development.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and identifying potential issues.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and UAT processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to gather feedback and work with cross-functional teams for product improvement.
• Familiar with industry best practices in systems integration and IT support.
