Job summary

TOG Indonesia is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure the quality of software applications throughout the life cycle. You will design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests, including UAT, and collaborate with developers and business users to deliver reliable software.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field, up to 2-3 years of experience, and knowledge of SQL, API testing, and Playwright with TypeScript for UI/API testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience are preferred.
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Understand the fundamentals of microservices testing.
• Able to create test scenarios and test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of SQL queries and database testing.
• Good understanding of API fundamentals and API testing.
• Experience with automated testing in real-world projects is a plus.
• Experience with Playwright and/or Supertest, particularly using TypeScript for UI and API testing, is highly preferred.
