Software Integration Project Manager (Gresik)
Location: Gresik, ID Karawang, ID

Area of Responsibility
- Run and complete projects implementing Vault Management, Warehouse Management, and Production software, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality criteria.
- Contribute to project budget calculations and present results to clients during the pre‑sales phase.
- Manage resources and distribute tasks across projects in coordination with the involved teams.
- Analyze implementation strategy and impact during quotation processes.
- Write requirements, collaborate with the development team, and perform acceptance tests.
Integrate Software Products
- Demonstrate SW product integration capabilities.
- Prove experience with file transfer mechanisms and new integration platforms/APIs.
- Port or migrate legacy integration footprints to modern integration landscapes.
- Lead large application implementations with significant integration components, including ESB, web‑services, file transfers, and point‑to‑point integrations.
Execute Resource Management
- Anticipate project timelines by allocating resources for horizons of 3‑36 months.
- Continuously manage resource and task allocation based on project dynamics.
- Maintain the project‑related resource anticipation sheet with a 3‑36 month horizon.
- Ensure proper task allocation and commitment across projects.
- Discuss and challenge task requirements and anticipated effort.
- Collaborate with Product and Service Managers to align development requirements with project timelines.
- Control project activities of all stakeholders and resolve issues such as missing tasks, improper descriptions, non‑committed tasks, and overdue tasks.
- Ensure people take task and due date responsibility and deliver high‑quality results.
Manage and Execute Projects
- Manage large projects or programs comprising multiple parallel work streams with internal and external dependencies.
- Execute projects with significant third‑party dependencies and stakeholder management to align delivery timeframes and testing.
- Create detailed project plans covering scope, deliverables, budget, delivery and lead times, resource planning, risks & mitigations, communication, and reporting.
- Organize project teams, plan involvement, and secure commitment to tasks.
- Monitor and manage projects to achieve quality and timely deliveries.
- Coach project participants and Sales team members on project management.
- Manage risks, resources, and issues across all projects with a horizon of 3‑36 months.
- Intervene when project participants cannot resolve issues.
- Plan and manage transfer from project to support.
- Communicate regularly with clients, visiting project sites, and inform them of progress.
- Organize and execute steering committee meetings, ensuring proper governance.
- Conduct project evaluations and register lessons learned for future use.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes.
