Job summary

Future Ready Academy is seeking a Tech Educator to deliver engaging STEAM and technology-based lessons for students from primary to high school in Jabodetabek.

You will prepare materials, run project-based activities, and assess learning progress, using Scratch, Code.org, and other block-based tools. This role supports program events and may lead to long-term full-time trainer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in technology, digital skills, STEAM, or related fields.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with block-based coding platforms such as Scratch, Code.org, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology and STEAM lessons in an engaging and interactive way for students.
• Prepare lesson materials, teaching resources, equipment, and classroom logistics in advance.
• Conduct project-based learning activities, hands-on exercises, and technology-related projects aligned with learning objectives.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment while managing classroom activities effectively.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document students' learning progress through periodic reports and documentation.
• Conduct training at designated locations and support programme-related activities and events as required.

Job description

Shift and schedule: Approximately 1-2 sessions per week on weekdays, 1 or 2 hours per session

Teaching Location: Jabodetabek

Range: IDR 1.200.000 - 2.200.000 per month (IDR 150.000/class hour)

The Tech Educator is responsible for supporting the delivery of engaging and interactive STEAM and technology-based lessons for students. This role assists in preparing lesson materials, evaluating student progress, documenting learning activities, and supporting program and marketing activities to ensure a positive and impactful learning experience.
