Job summary

Beca Indonesia is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Digital Development & Innovation team. You will contribute to a growing software development center of excellence and support the business with modern full-stack solutions.

You will collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, Product Owners and stakeholders, work on cloud-based systems in Azure, and grow your skills through mentoring and challenging projects.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a full stack environment (web development, cloud tech, systems integration, databases, security).
• Enterprise experience implementing C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, TypeScript, Git, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, SQL Server.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, Product Owners and stakeholders to drive innovative outcomes.
• Support the software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
• Strong communication skills to build cross-functional relationships within the Digital team.
• Nice-to-have: Oracle Fusion and Workday integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Data Factory.
• Experience with Python and R.

Job Description

• Experience assoftware engineerwith2-4 years’working in a full stack environment: web development,cloud technology,systems integration,database experience, softwaresecurityand storage systems

• Support the technical implementation for software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, feature development, and ongoing maintenance

• Great communicationskills with the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships across the Digital team. In addition, knowledge and experience across the following is not critical, however would be beneficial:

• Integration with Enterprise Applications such as Oracle Fusion and Workday

• Agile development background using Scrum or other Agile methodologies

• Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Data Factory

• Experience with other programming languages such as Pythonand R
