Beca Limited is seeking Software Engineers to propel AI-driven projects within its growing software development center of excellence. You will work on intelligent condition assessment tools and AI-based solutions, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver features and improvements throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in a full-stack software environment with AI experience.
• Proven experience across Python, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, GIT, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Foundry, Visual Studio, SQL Server.

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical implementation for AI-based software solutions throughout the SDLC, including planning, estimation, feature development, and maintenance.
• Design and implement RAG architectures, document ingestion pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Configure and optimize LLM prompts, personas, and structured outputs using well-known APIs (e.g. Responses).
• Collaborate with other Software Engineers, QA, Product Owners and stakeholders to drive innovative behaviors.

Job Description

• SoftwareEngineerwith3-5years' working in afull-stacksoftwareenvironmentwith AI experience
• ProvenexperienceacrossPython,C#, ASP.NET,TypeScript, GIT, Azure DevOps,Microsoft Foundry,Visual Studio, SQL Server
• Support the technical implementation forAI-based software solutions, such as intelligentcondition assessment tools,throughout the software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, feature development, and ongoing maintenance
• Experience with Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Agentic AI developmentwould beideal,includingOpenCV,UltralyticsYolo models,the Segment Anything Model, multimodal LLMsor similar technologies
• Design and implement RAG architectures, document ingestion pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems
• Configure andoptimizeLLM prompts, personas, and structured outputs usingwell-knownAPIs (e.g.Responses)
• Ability tocollaboratewith other Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, ProductOwnersandstakeholdersleveragingyourexperience to driveinnovativebehaviors
• Greatcommunicationskillswith the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships across the Digital team
• Agile development background using Scrum or other Agile methodologies
