Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a Software Development Engineer (CS, Return, Loyalty) to build scalable backend services and APIs using Java Spring and Vue.js.

You will participate in full SDLC, optimize performance, and collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment. Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fresh Graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, OOP, data structures, algorithms and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Vue.js.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and contribute to engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Return, and Loyalty platforms.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework, while supporting frontend development using Vue.js.
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through best practices.
• Troubleshoot, root-cause analysis and issue resolution to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Contribute to both development and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
