Job summary

Blibli, Indonesia’s leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a Software Development Engineer (CS, Return, Loyalty) to join the Engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services for Customer Service, Returns, and Loyalty, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver reliable software across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Vue.js.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Return, and Loyalty platforms.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework, while supporting frontend development using Vue.js.
• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through optimization and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues to ensure system stability and availability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Contribute to both development and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
