Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer for a remote contract role.

You will build and maintain production-grade full-stack applications with emphasis on scalable APIs, UI/UX, and robust data models. The role requires deep experience across front-end and back-end technologies, proficiency with multiple programming languages, and the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases while ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing production full-stack applications.
• Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end engineering.
• Production experience with multiple programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and service integration.
• Experience understanding and contributing to the architecture of complete software systems.
• Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases.
• Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $50 - $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
