Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking an experienced software engineer to design scalable backend architectures and lead cross‑stack initiatives. You will mentor engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and drive modern CI/CD practices to improve performance, security, and developer experience.

You will contribute to defining technical guidelines, create reusable components, and collaborate with frontend teams using React, Vue, or Angular to support end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, Backend or Fullstack architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, PHP, Ruby, Node.js).
• Experience with server-side frameworks (Django, Laravel, Express).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Strong CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture.
• Leadership experience including code reviews and mentoring.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and testing.
• Adaptability to learn new stacks and tools.
• Professional English for technical discussions.

• Elevate engineering standards by driving innovation, adopting modern practices, and updating technical guidelines across the organization.
• Drive CI/CD and automation initiatives across testing, monitoring, and release pipelines to optimize the software development lifecycle.
• Improve developer experience (DevEx) and workflow efficiency to reduce technical debt and accelerate release velocity.
• Build modular and reusable components, including shared libraries, SDKs, and comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus on Backend or Fullstack architecture.
• Deep proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Go, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with server-side frameworks, such as Django, Laravel, Express, or similar.
• Practical familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, Vue, or Angular to support cross-stack initiatives.
• Solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, algorithms, and scalable system architecture.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
• Demonstrated capability in CI/CD automation, automated testing, and developer experience (DevEx) optimization.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn new technical stacks, modern tools, and emerging engineering standards.
• Professional working proficiency in English for both verbal and written technical discussions.
