MatchaTalent is seeking a Software Automations Integrator in Bali to design, implement, and maintain an integrated automation ecosystem across Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, and Google Workspace. You will build scalable workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in systems optimization, workflow automation, digital operations infrastructure, or process engineering roles.
• Experience in fast-growing startups, scale-up environments, or dynamic multi-business organizations.
• Prior experience supporting operational systems within real estate development, property management, hospitality, agencies, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in configuring and managing Monday.com and SharePoint for enterprise collaboration and workflow management.
• Advanced capability in workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make/Integromat, middleware integrations, and API connectivity.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools into operational business workflows.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate complex operations into scalable digital systems.
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the company's centralized operational management platform including automation structures and workflows.
• Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint document management ecosystem.

Job Role

The Software Automations Integrator (Monday; Slack; Fireflies) is a highly technical, individual contributor role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's internal automation ecosystem. This position focuses on connecting operational software platforms, eliminating repetitive manual work, and building scalable workflow automations that improve collaboration, visibility, and execution across multiple business functions.

Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will integrate platforms such as Monday.com, Slack, Fireflies, SharePoint, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and AI-powered automation tools into a unified operational infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational bottlenecks through smart software integrations, workflow automation, and practical AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and manage Monday.com as the company's centralized operational management platform, including automation structures, tracking systems, and workflow dependencies.
• Design and maintain a centralized SharePoint document management ecosystem with secure, scalable, and highly organized information architecture.
• Develop and implement integrations between Monday.com, SharePoint, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other operational platforms to improve data synchronization and reduce manual work.
