Job summary

Madame Gie Cosmetics seeks a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Madame Gie, Stacey, and MLT. You will craft strategies to elevate engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.

You will also coordinate shoots, moodboards, and collaborations with photographers/videographers, monitor performance with analytics, and support offline campaigns to strengthen the brand image.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in social media marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience managing high-engagement brand social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and both organic and paid content strategies.
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
• Analytical skills to track performance and generate insights.
• Experience with online communities or influencer collaborations.
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Create daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Madame Gie.
• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement rates for Madame Gie, Stacey, and MLT.
• Ensure all content, photoshoots, and social media activities for the brand and Madame Gie Squad run according to plan.
• Act as a gatekeeper to prevent a negative brand image on social media.
• Lead photoshoot sessions for new product launches and create moodboards for model and product photos.
• Coordinate with the technical team (photographer & videographer).
• Support the monthly e-commerce content campaigns.
• Assist with offline marketing activities for the brand (pop-up stores, events).
