Job summary

Ultra Voucher seeks a Social Media Officer to plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube from its Jakarta office. You will drive user acquisition, merchant awareness, and retention through monthly calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

You will also produce on-camera content, analyze performance, and collaborate with design and partnerships teams to optimize reach and metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• 1–3 years of social media experience.
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with CapCut, VN, Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia copywriting with basic English.
• Comfortable on-camera presence; hosting experience is a plus.
• Creative and trend-responsive; strong teamwork.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations from sourcing to briefs.
• Conduct daily trend research and monitor platform features and competitors.
• Generate creative content ideas to boost app downloads and voucher transactions.
• Capture videos and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Reels.
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer and Video Editor for assets.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports (Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Follower Growth, Clicks).
• Provide recommendations based on analytics.
