Job summary

PT Mahakarya Sukses Indonesia is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager in Jakarta to lead content planning, creation, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter. You will analyze performance, manage paid campaigns, collaborate with creators, and produce weekly reports to optimize strategies.

The ideal candidate will edit photos/videos, write copy, and stay on trend with algorithms while driving follower growth.

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and KPI tracking.
• Ability to manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Experience with paid social advertising platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, viral content, and creative ideas across various platforms.
• Create interactive content concepts (Reels, TikTok, Carousel, Story) to increase reach and engagement.
• Write scripts, storyboards, and copy for captions, images, and videos.
• Perform simple photo and video editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Content Creators for high-quality visual execution.
• Upload content consistently across all social media channels.
• Respond actively and responsively to comments, direct messages, and follower interactions.
• Monitor and analyse content performance using native analytics or social media tools.
• Track Key Performance Indicators including Engagement Rate, Reach, Impressions, Follower Growth, and Click-Through Rate.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with evaluation and recommendations for content strategy improvement.
• Manage basic to intermediate paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) as needed.
• Manage collaborations with KOLs and Influencers, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing delivery, and campaign evaluation.
