• Proficiency in short-form video editing using CapCut and visual content creation using Canva.
• Experience producing authentic UGC-style content.
• Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple content priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Create, produce, and optimize engaging TikTok content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, and marketing objectives.
• Research emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates to develop timely, high-performing organic content.

• Represent the brand on camera when needed, creating authentic, relatable, and audience-first content.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.
